Bobbi Brown seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Selfridges retail store in London. The role delivers personalized makeup services, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards; applicants with amateur-level makeup experience may be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise and a passion for people to serve customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
