The Doorperson joins The Cadogan, a Belmond hotel in Chelsea, to welcome and assist guests, handle luggage, monitor the entrance and coordinate with front office colleagues, the concierge and luggage porters. The role is part of the hotel’s Front of House team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is handled safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Coordinate with the front office, concierge and luggage porters to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
