The Barista at The Cadogan, a Belmond hotel in London, crafts coffee and specialty drinks, serves customers, makes menu recommendations, prepares cocktail components, replenishes stock and maintains clean service areas. This part-time role also involves preparing ingredients and supporting the bar team’s operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality coffee and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Take orders and serve customers efficiently and warmly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage and coffee menu to make recommendations and promote specials.
• Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes.
• Restock supplies, ingredients and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar, counters and customer areas clean and organised.
• Prepare ingredients and assist team members to keep operations running smoothly.
