Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service through warm, professional guest interactions
- Meet and greet guests, offer refreshments, and provide Aveda Sensory Experiences during appointments
- Shampoo and condition guests' hair under stylist direction and assist with colour rinsing at the basin
- Support blow-dry finishing services and observe stylists to develop hands-on technical knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of styling stations, backwash areas, and colour bar to Aveda hygiene standards
- Develop strong product knowledge and recommend Aveda products during guest services
- Attend all training days, education sessions, and salon meetings as required
- Work flexible shifts including late nights and weekends to meet business needs
