Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve customer service and sales targets through welcoming, authentic, and personalized service delivery

- Oversee deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
- Implement auditable processes and administration according to company guidelines, taking corrective action as required
- Fulfill all information requests accurately and within established deadlines
- Minimize stock loss by implementing and enforcing company security policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff in compliance with company and retailer policies

- Proven retail sales experience
- Team leadership experience with degree of responsibility appropriate to store size
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources effectively
- Working knowledge of computerized systems including email and Microsoft Excel
