Aveda seeks a Beauty Advisor for its John Lewis Southampton location, working 15 hours part-time. The role delivers personalised customer service, achieves service and sales targets, and creates engaging in-store experiences through events, Aveda Services, communication, trend spotting, social media and creativity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers through enthusiasm for the brand mission, products and wellness services.
- Deliver engaging customer service through events and Aveda Services.
- Use exceptional communication, trend spotting, social media and creativity in the role.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
