The Aveda Advisor provides personalised haircare service, achieves customer service and sales targets, and creates engaging in-store experiences through events, Aveda Services and social media. This is a 15-hour part-time role at John Lewis Oxford Street in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Deliver a unique, inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers, reflecting the brand mission, products and wellness services.
- Engage customers through events, Aveda Services, strong communication, trend spotting, social media use and creativity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
