All applicants ought to know these basics about Watchfinder & Co. before applying or interviewing for any role.

Founded in 2002, Watchfinder & Co. helped professionalize the pre-owned luxury watch market long before resale became a mainstream strategy across the industry.
The company built its reputation on rigorous authentication, servicing, and warranties, giving employees exposure to both technical watch expertise and high-trust customer experience.
Since joining Richemont in 2018, Watchfinder & Co. has operated with the backing of one of luxury’s most influential groups while remaining focused on certified pre-owned watches.
Its business sits at the intersection of retail, after-sales service, digital commerce, and horological education, making it especially appealing for candidates who want a broad view of the watch ecosystem.
Because Watchfinder handles inventory from many maisons rather than a single label, employees often develop comparative knowledge across brands such as Cartier, IWC, Omega, and Rolex.
For job seekers, that multi-brand model can offer unusually strong training in valuation, market demand, and collector behavior—skills that are increasingly valuable across modern luxury resale and watch retail.
