All applicants ought to know these basics about Ginori 1735 before applying or interviewing for any role.

Ginori 1735 traces its origins to 1735 near Florence, making it one of Europe’s oldest porcelain houses and a rare workplace where heritage craftsmanship is still central to the brand’s identity.
The maison is celebrated for blending fine porcelain with art, decoration, and design, so careers there often sit at the intersection of manufacturing excellence and creative collaboration.
Since joining Kering in 2013, Ginori 1735 has benefited from the backing of a global luxury group while maintaining the distinct Tuscan character that sets it apart.
Its product universe extends beyond tableware into home décor and lifestyle objects, which can make the brand especially appealing to candidates interested in luxury interiors rather than only fashion or jewelry.
Ginori 1735 has built a reputation through collaborations with artists, designers, and fashion-linked creative worlds, giving employees exposure to a brand culture that feels closer to a design house than a traditional ceramics manufacturer.
For job seekers, one of Ginori 1735’s biggest draws is the chance to work in a niche luxury category where artisanal know-how, decoration techniques, and Made in Italy excellence remain highly visible in the final product.
