Must-know CHH Facts

All applicants ought to know these basics about CHH before applying or interviewing for any role.

CHH is the listed parent company behind specialist watch and jewelry maisons including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Jaeger LeCoultre, so careers there often sit at the intersection of group strategy and maison-level craftsmanship.
Originally created as Compagnie Financière Richemont’s predecessor vehicle, CHH reflects the financial and governance side of luxury rather than a consumer-facing brand, which makes it especially relevant for candidates in corporate, legal, finance, and portfolio management roles.
Because CHH is tied to one of luxury’s most influential holding structures, employees can gain exposure to how heritage maisons are scaled, protected, and coordinated across markets without losing their individual identities.
For job seekers, CHH is interesting because it represents the engine room behind long-term investment in horology, jewelry, and distribution, including links to broader ecosystems such as Richemont and retail networks like Watchfinder & Co..
A role connected to CHH is likely to emphasize discretion, governance, and multi-brand stewardship, making it appealing to candidates who want luxury-industry influence beyond design studios or boutiques.
