Store Manager
Brioni seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead its boutique at Harrods in London, reporting to the Retail Director EMEA. The successful candidate will drive sales implementation aligned with company strategy and Retail Excellence guidelines while serving as Brand Ambassador. Responsibilities include translating business targets into team objectives, developing the bespoke business, managing stakeholder relationships with Harrods, overseeing training and development, implementing clienteling strategies, monitoring team performance, staff scheduling, stock management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of managerial experience in luxury retail, deep knowledge of high-end fashion, fluency in English, and demonstrated excellence in coaching, business acumen, and customer orientation.
