Terms of Service

Cerulean is operated by John Philip Green, Singapore. These Terms are the agreement between you and us (“Cerulean”) for every Cerulean site, your account and our emails. By using Cerulean you accept them.

1. What Cerulean Is

Cerulean gathers job listings from luxury employers’ own careers sites and helps you find them. Searching and applying cost you nothing. We are not the employer, nor its agent: you apply on the employer’s site, and what follows is between you and them. Listings change quickly, so we cannot promise that any one is accurate, complete or still open.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 to use Cerulean. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account. You can close it at any time by writing to us.

3. Your CV

Your CV stays yours. By uploading it you allow us to store and analyse it in order to recommend jobs to you, and for nothing else. Upload only a CV that is your own.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Cerulean to break the law, to impersonate anyone, or to disrupt, probe or overload the sites. Automated access is welcome through our public API, on the terms published there.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cerulean name, wordmark and “CJ” monogram, and our design, software and editorial content, are ours; ask before you reuse them. Job listings, brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify them as employers: no affiliation or endorsement is implied. If something of yours appears here and should not, write to us and we will act promptly.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or opportunities, or for what employers and other third parties do. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Suspension and Changes

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and we may change or withdraw any part of Cerulean. We may also update these Terms. If a change is important, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it applies; if you do not accept it, you may close your account.

8. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, whose courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and may bring proceedings in its courts.
